To add your signature to the back of the card (Choose Below)
OPTION ONE: Once I have your file, I will send you a request for signature via adobe to securely add your signature to the card - it is an easy process and can be done right from your smartphone, tablet or computer. You can sign with your finger on your phone / tablet screen.
OPTION TWO: If you have a computer, you can open the PDF, add your signature and send it to me that way. This is a little more advanced, but there are youtube videos that can guide you, if needed.
OPTION THREE: You can send us (via email, or upload here) a photo of your signature on a plain piece of paper and I can add it to the document that way.
OPTION FOUR: We can add your e-signature in a digital script (same as civilian carry permits)
PLEASE DO NOT: print it out, sign it, then scan it then send it. The quality of the print will not be good enough for printing.
Original files directly from the state portal will result in the best possible print. HERE are instructions on how to locate and retrieve the original files yourself, OR you can forward your approval email from the state to chad@njlibertycards.com and we can retrieve it directly on our end.
