Retired NJ Police Officer Carry Permit embedded onto a durable plastic card.   

To add your signature to the back of the card (Choose Below)

• OPTION ONE:   Once I have your file, I will send you a request for signature via adobe to securely add your signature to the card - it is an easy process and can be done right from your smartphone, tablet or computer. You can sign with your finger on your phone / tablet screen.
• OPTION TWO: If you have a computer, you can open the PDF, add your signature and send it to me that way. This is a little more advanced, but there are youtube videos that can guide you, if needed. 
• OPTION THREE:  You can send us (via email, or upload here) a photo of your signature on a plain piece of paper and I can add it to the document that way. 
• OPTION FOUR:   We can add your e-signature in a digital script (same as civilian carry permits) 
• PLEASE DO NOT:  print it out, sign it, then scan it then send it. The quality of the print will not be good enough for printing.
